After you approve the repair, we’ll send a prepaid shipping label to make the process simple and hassle-free. Step 1: Submit a Repair Request

Step 2: Review & Approve

Our team will evaluate your request and provide an estimated turnaround time along with a repair quote. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label at no cost.

Step 3: Ship & Repair

Securely package and ship your devices using the provided label. After we receive them, we’ll confirm final approval before beginning repairs. Once approved, our technicians will complete the repair and prepare your device for return.
